<p>Named after the famous Italian Composer this is a very romantic blend of pureed strawberries topped with Fizz.<br />Using a hand blender puree down six strawberries with a teaspoon of caster sugar until is a smooth pulp.<br />Add a table spoon of the puree into a Champagne flute and top with Fizz of your choice - Prosecco works best.<br />Gently stir and serve with some fresh strawberries. Enjoy!</p>
